Copynotes: Library's Rare copy has bookplate with initials FGW on verso of title page. Penciled notes on leaves preceding title page indicate the volume is from the personal library of the editor, F.G. Waldron. Library's Rare copy has scattered manuscript annotations throughout, including some on extra added leaves, and a manuscript biographical note about the editor, F.G. Waldron, on final leaf. Library's Rare copy bound in marbled boards with leather spine and corners; top edge gilt. Bookplate of "Alexander Young, writer" inside front cover. Bookseller's label of Kerr & Richardson, Glasgow, inside back cover. The section "Dispersed poems, by Spenser" consists of 12 pages in the above volume.
